The AL-Q is a laser class 1 welding cell that can be loaded manually or connected to a pick-and-place system. It is suitable for automated work processes, has an electric door for fast loading of the work chamber and offers sufficient space on a centrally located work table. This work table also allows long components to be fed through at the bottom and, optionally, parts to be inserted via a slot on the side. The laser cell is available in various power versions with air-cooled fiber laser sources from 150 to 600 watts, optionally also water-cooled, and can be flexibly equipped with ALPHA LASER industrial optics. In addition, there is the option of a quick-change system.
